Pictureshow

A free, open-source Jellyfin client for Android TV, made for the remote.

Pictureshow plays the movies and shows on your own Jellyfin server on your Android TV. It has no ads and no tracking, and it talks only to your server. It's a third-party app, not an official Jellyfin client, and you need your own Jellyfin server to use it.

What it does

• Finds Jellyfin servers on your home network, or connects to any address you type
• Sign in with a password or Quick Connect, and keep several users and servers on one TV
• Continue watching, Next up, your libraries and what's new, on one home screen
• Search with voice typing from your remote
• Plays files directly when your TV can, so the server only converts what it has to
• Scrubbing previews, chapters, the next episode, and skip intro and credits when your server marks them

Pictureshow is built with AI assistance and tested on real Android TV hardware.
